In the ninth episode of ‘A View from the Top’ video series, Luxaviation UK’s CEO George Galanopoulos chats to Pauline Monksfield, CEO of Inflite, and Tom Chesney, general manager of Jetex at London Biggin Hill Airport. They discuss their experiences at their respective Fixed Based Operators (FBOs), including the seamless transition of passengers from the terminal to departure, daily challenges, and the typical clients they serve.
