Jetex expands into Japan and Mexico
Jetex Flight Support has entered into a licensing agreement with Air Contrail for Air Contrail’s Aircraft Handling Centers at Tokyo’s Haneda (HND) and Narita (NRT) Airports to become branded Jetex Flight Support locations.

As part of the agreement, Air Contrail will re-brand and operate its handling services under the Jetex brand and trade name, adding to Jetex’s worldwide network of locations.

Jetex Flight Support’s CEO and President says, “We see great potential in the region and we are excited to extend our global reach there. Asia-Pacific is an important market for us and we plan to continue our strategic expansion throughout the region.”

At the Aircraft Handling Center, the company’s first in Japan, clients will be offered Jetex’s full range of services, with the service level adhering to Jetex’s global standards.

Facility features include customs and immigration processing, fueling services, ground handling, concierge and security services. Clients will benefit from the multilingual abilities of staff which include English, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. In addition to this, a shared executive lounge is available at both airports.

“Japan is a fascinating country and an important player in the international community. Plus, the Tokyo Olympics will be held in 2020 so we will see a rapid increase in demand for inbound business jets.

Toluca, Mexico

In further NBAA news, Jetex announced that it has entered into an agreement with EOLO for EOLO’s FBO to become a co-branded facility.

As part of the agreement, the FBO located in Toluca, Mexico will start operating as Jetex-EOLO this November, adding to Jetex’s worldwide network of FBOs. Toluca is the most important airport in Mexico for Business Aviation with Mexico being the second biggest market for Business Aviation in Latin America.

By partnering with some of the region’s most prominent names, we aim to expand our service offerings and ensure the clients in Latin America have their needs met,” said Jetex Flight Support’s CEO and President.

Facility features include executive lounge, ground handling, office space, fueling services, aircraft parking facilities and a fuel room. In addition to this, the facility boasts 3000sqm of hangar space. Clients will benefit from the multilingual abilities of staff which include English and Spanish.
