NasJet-ExecuJet Aviation Group is celebrating a successful first year for its FBO in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The year has seen NasJet-ExecuJet achieve high customer satisfaction levels for their FBO services at King Khalid International Airport’s general aviation terminal, with 100% customer
retention and a faultless safety record. New services introduced in the year include professional aircraft washing for narrow-body aircraft and a ‘customer guarantee’, under which basic
handling charges would be refunded to customers not completely satisfied with their service.
