AEROCC prepares to transform outsourcing for Business Aircraft operators

AEROCC GmbH, a brand new company based in Vienna, Austria, is launching an innovative new service that is set to transform outsourcing for Business Aircraft operators.

Contrary to other industries, it is not common for business aviation companies to outsource services; therefore most operators are burdened by extensive fixed costs. On average a typical European operator has less than 4 aircraft on his AOC, which means they have a limited negotiating position in terms of purchasing of products and services and restricted opportunities for optimal use of multi purchase synergies. Thanks to the new networking concept offered by AEROCC aircraft operators and owners are able to realise significant cost advantages and purchasing benefits.

The concept AEROCC offers is a modular, structured system of services to business aviation operators throughout Europe. AEROCC connects small to medium sized operators to a network which enables them to access a range of services and products resulting in productivity and quality gains as well as cost savings.

The portfolio ranges from charter sales, flight support (including flight preparation), flight monitoring, post flight services over to CAMO support, manual management (especially operating manuals), reporting, crew training and EFB solutions as well as process integration, correspondence with authorities and general consulting activities. AEROCC uses specially developed software to

provide these services to its customers: the software has been developed to ensure a smooth communication process between all parties involved in the process.

Thorsten Kinzl, Chief Marketing Officer of AEROCC explains “There have already been attempts to create cooperation between individual operators. These attempts had not been successful because the cooperation partners are ultimately still competitors. AEROCC is a service provider, not an operator, which means AEROCC is a partner, not a competitor. The more companies joining our network, the more we have the ability to gain cost advantages to our customers.”
