Las Vegas, NevadaNetJets flight activity in Las Vegas rises as new airport facility opens |
NetJets and Signature Aviation have opened a new facility at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, combining a private terminal, two hangars and aircraft maintenance and support facilities.
The development covers more than 300,000 square feet and is designed to support NetJets’ growing flight activity in Las Vegas. The companies said the project is the first new-build facility they have jointly developed.

NetJets reported that its flight activity in Las Vegas increased by almost 45% between 2022 and the end of 2025, reaching nearly 8,000 flights. Activity in the first part of 2026 was almost 30% higher than in the same period last year.

The site includes a 17,069-square-foot private terminal with lounges, conference rooms and a dedicated family room. A direct access gate connects the terminal area with the aircraft parking apron, allowing passengers to reach their aircraft without using shared commercial terminal facilities.

Two hangars form part of the development, one serving NetJets’ fleet and the other operated by Executive Jet Management, supporting aircraft from both businesses. More than 250,000 square feet of apron space can accommodate approximately 25 aircraft.
The complex also includes a NetJets Service Hub operating around the clock throughout the year. The facility will provide aircraft cleaning, restocking and maintenance, with the aim of improving aircraft readiness and reducing downtime for the company’s fleet operating across the western United States.
Patrick Gallagher, president of NetJets Aviation, said Las Vegas had become an increasingly important destination for customers, driven by major sporting events, entertainment and hospitality.
Tony Lefebvre, chief executive of Signature Aviation, said the facility was intended to improve operational efficiency and the passenger experience.
The Las Vegas project forms part of a wider programme of infrastructure investment by NetJets and Signature Aviation, including new or expanded facilities in Dallas, Palm Beach and Washington, DC.
