Columbus, OhioNetJets expands US terminal network with four facility projectsNew and expanded facilities planned in Texas, Virginia, Colorado and Florida |
NetJets is expanding its US ground infrastructure with new exclusive-use terminals at Dallas Love Field in Texas, Washington Dulles International Airport in Virginia, and Rifle Garfield County Airport in Colorado.
The company is also moving to a larger terminal at Donald J. Trump International Airport in West Palm Beach, Florida.
“As Owner demand continues to grow across key business, leisure, and seasonal destinations, NetJets is investing in the infrastructure to deliver an unmatched experience while supporting the service and reliability our Owners expect where they fly most,” said Patrick Gallagher, President, NetJets Aviation.
The facilities will provide dedicated passenger spaces, including lounges and private meeting rooms, alongside operational support for NetJets aircraft. The company operates more than 50 locations worldwide, including offices, private terminals and Service Hubs used for aircraft cleaning, restocking and, at selected sites, maintenance.
Dallas Love Field (DAL)
Dallas is one of NetJets’ busiest operational hubs, with flight activity increasing by more than 25% since 2022. A new complex covering nearly 114,000 square feet is scheduled to open in late 2028.

Developed in partnership with Signature Aviation, the project will include a private terminal and a second NetJets Service Hub hangar, supplementing the maintenance hangar established in 2021. The development is intended to support aircraft availability across the southern United States.
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Dulles is consistently among NetJets’ five most-used destinations. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2027 to convert the first and second floors of an existing three-storey Signature Aviation facility into more than 14,000 square feet of dedicated NetJets space.
Plans include a passenger lounge, family room and private VIP suites, with a staircase connecting the two floors.
Rifle Garfield County Airport (RIL)
NetJets plans to open a new facility at Rifle by early 2027, ahead of the scheduled runway renovation and closure at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport. The location is expected to provide an alternative access point for passengers travelling to the Aspen area.

The project, developed with Vantage Aviation, will comprise a 6,000-square-foot private terminal and an aircraft hangar designed to protect aircraft from winter weather and snow. The terminal will include a lounge with views of the surrounding mountains.
West Palm Beach, Florida (DJT)
At Donald J. Trump International Airport, NetJets is moving from its existing exclusive-use terminal to a larger facility developed in partnership with Signature Aviation.
The new space will increase the terminal footprint from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet, with additional vehicle parking and dedicated aircraft ramp space. The airport is NetJets’ fourth-busiest and serves both seasonal and year-round customers travelling to South Florida.
The four projects form part of the company’s continuing investment in terminal facilities, hangars and operational support across its US network.
