Magnifica Air marks major milestone with first aircraft reveal
ahead of 2027 launch

Magnifica Air has unveiled the first aircraft in its fleet, marking a significant milestone ahead of the airline’s planned 2027 launch.

Revealed at Orlando International Airport in Magnifica Air’s new livery, the Airbus Corporate Jet ACJ321neo represents the first of four aircraft in the fleet that will be configured exclusively for the airline’s Private Class cabin category for launch service.

Designed to sit between traditional first class and private aviation, Private Class is positioned as a distinct alternative that blends the privacy of private aviation with the safety standards and operational scale of commercial flight.

Powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW1133 geared turbofan engines which are SAF compatible, the ACJ321neo offers a maximum range of approximately 6,100 nautical miles, providing long-haul capability typically associated with corporate aviation platforms. The aircraft will now enter its interior completion phase, where it will be transformed over ten-months into Magnifica Air’s bespoke Private Class configuration.

Kevin Ketterer, Vice President of Technical Operations at Magnifica Air, said: “The arrival of our first ACJ321neo is a defining operational milestone. It enables the launch of our maintenance and reliability programs, integrating predictive technologies and dedicated support services designed to deliver the level of consistency expected from a new cabin category.”

The PW1133 engines are recognized for their fuel efficiency, lower noise profile and reliability. Combined with the aircraft’s aerodynamic design and lightweight construction, the platform supports Magnifica Air’s commitment to operating one of the most efficient carbon footprints possible within its segment.

For Magnifica Air, the unveiling represents the transition from vision to physical fleet development. Private Class has been introduced as a standalone cabin category, configured to carry a limited number of guests in a space designed around privacy, wellbeing and operational resilience.

Co-Founder and CEO Wade Black said: “Private Class is not a product enhancement. It is a new cabin category built around how people want to travel today. Bringing our first aircraft into the fleet is a tangible step toward delivering that standard at scale.”

Magnifica Air has previously announced plans for a fleet of Airbus A220 and A321neo aircraft, each configured to carry approximately 54 guests. Operations are expected to launch in 2027 with South Florida - New York as the inaugural route.

This will be following the completion of certification and cabin installation.
