EBACE26

General exhibitor bookings open for EBACE26 as aircraft display returns

General exhibitor bookings for EBACE26 are now open, as the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) invites the industry to participate in Europe’s leading Business Aviation event.

Taking place from 2nd to 4th June 2026 at Palexpo, Geneva Airport, EBACE26 will bring together leading aircraft manufacturers, operators, service providers, suppliers and decision-makers from across the Business Aviation community. General exhibitor bookings are opening alongside a number of premium and early participants already confirmed across the indoor exhibition hall and outdoor aircraft display.

Stefan Benz, CEO, EBAA, says: “EBACE is first and foremost a business platform and our exhibitors are central to the value the show delivers. Our focus for EBACE26 is on creating the right conditions for productive engagement.

“With priority and premium placements on the floorplan now complete, we are opening general exhibitor bookings and inviting the wider industry to take part. Whether attending EBACE for the first time or returning year after year, exhibitors can expect a highly targeted audience, improved visitor flow and an event designed to support effective connections across the Business Aviation value chain.”

A central feature of EBACE26 will be the return of a full-scale static display.

A central feature of EBACE26 will be the return of a full-scale static display with a strong line-up of aircraft spanning a range of sizes and mission profiles, including turboprops and ultra-long-range jets.

The newly designed layout will allow manufacturers to engage directly with visitors alongside their aircraft, supported by dedicated hosting areas. Located in a new area at Geneva Airport with secure perimeters and controlled entry points, the showcase has been configured to support safe and efficient access for all show participants.

Benz adds: “As plans for EBACE26 continue to take shape, the show will feature a completely reimagined aircraft static display, alongside new show features and an updated conference programme. We look forward to sharing further details in the coming weeks.”

Alongside the exhibition, EBACE26 will introduce a completely refreshed conference agenda, distinct from last year’s programme and shaped by feedback from across the industry. Sessions will focus on the issues currently influencing European Business Aviation and include direct input from exhibitors, designed to offer practical insight and informed discussion.
