Air Charter Service expands global footprint with new Brussels office and bigger Brisbane base

Air Charter Service (ACS) has continued its global expansion with major investments in both Europe and Australia, opening a new office in Brussels and significantly upgrading its Brisbane operation.

Earlier this week, the leading aircraft charter specialist officially opened its first Belgian office, marking its 41st location worldwide. The Brussels base is a strategic move for the company, with ACS highlighting the city’s central European position, strong international connectivity, and status as a key political and corporate hub.

Alexandre Busila, ACS’s Regional Director of the Francophone market, said the office has been long planned, pointing to Brussels’ two busy airports and its importance as home to major institutions including Eurocontrol, the European Union and NATO.

The ACS Brussels Team . . .

He added that ACS has worked closely with Belgian clients for decades and believes a permanent presence will strengthen service for long-standing customers while helping attract new business. The company has already established an experienced team in Brussels and expects to expand further in the coming months, with the move also taking ACS into its 21st country.

At the same time, ACS has reinforced its commitment to the Australian market by expanding its Brisbane office into a new workspace more than four times the size of its previous premises. The move comes just six months after the company opened its Perth office and reflects continued momentum across the region.

ACS Brisbane

. . . and the Brisbane Office.

Melissa Rogers, Charter Sales Director for ACS Brisbane, said the office has seen strong growth since opening four years ago and now has a team of almost 20 people. She noted that charter activity over the past 12 months has more than doubled 2024’s results, supported by underlying growth and the addition of new FIFO (Fly In, Fly Out) contracts with key clients. The new office, located in the James Street precinct of Fortitude Valley, provides the space needed to support future expansion plans and continued growth across ACS’s Brisbane, Sydney and Perth operations.

Together, the Brussels launch and Brisbane upgrade underline ACS’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its footprint in key global markets, investing in local teams and infrastructure to meet rising demand and build on long-term client relationships.
