ExecuJet marks milestone year 2025 for its FBO network

Key achievements in sustainability, operational excellence and global expansion

ExecuJet, part of the Luxaviation Group, reflects on a milestone year 2025, marked by significant steps forward in sustainability, operational excellence and global expansion, reinforcing the company's leadership position within the private aviation sector.

In Europe, ExecuJet reinforced its position as the continent’s largest FBO network, operating 64 locations and managing more than 110 facilities worldwide. In Germany, investments in Munich and Berlin included lounge refurbishments and upgraded GAT facilities, enabling the network to manage high-profile events such as the UEFA European Championship final in Berlin and major Munich events including the Champions League Final and UEFA semi-final.

These operations highlight ExecuJet’s ability to provide reliable, secure, and high-quality service for royal households, embassies, and government delegations. At Brussels Airport, ExecuJet’s FBO supported operations linked to the EU Summit held on 18th and 19th December, once again demonstrating its expertise in protocol handling and secure ground operations for high-level governmental and institutional traffic.

In Portugal, ExecuJet has reinforced its commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction by implementing the FBO One software platform across all stations, achieving ISBAH Stage II recertification in Lisbon, and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification at every location. Additionally, the company is elevating the passenger experience with a comprehensive lounge refurbishment program, beginning at Cascais Airport.

Sustainability remained a priority in 2025, with 64% of the target to electrify 65% of ground handling equipment by 2027 already achieved. ExecuJet France became the first FBO fully electrified and offering physical Sustainable Aviation Fuel at Paris Le Bourget. The network also reported a 59% increase in SAF uplift and the elimination of single-use plastic bottles at 17 FBOs, surpassing internal targets ahead of schedule. These initiatives demonstrate Luxaviation’s ongoing commitment to reducing aviation’s carbon footprint and achieving full electrification of ground handling equipment by 2030.

Patrick Hansen, CEO of Luxaviation Group, says: “2025 was a year of solidifying the foundation for future growth, with a clear focus on integrating sustainability in all aspects of our operations. At the core of this progress is the understanding that true innovation in aviation comes from a commitment to thoughtful and responsible growth.”
