Jeppesen ForeFlight has officially launched as a standalone digital aviation company following its separation from Boeing and acquisition by Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, in an all-cash transaction valued at $10.55bn.
Brad Surak, who previously led the Digital Aviation Solutions business at Boeing, will lead Jeppesen ForeFlight as Chief Executive Officer.
