Vista expands XO in Asia to meet rising demand for private aviation

Vista, the world’s leading private aviation group, announced its 2026 expansion plans for Asia following strong demand across its VistaJet and XO brands in the first half of 2025.

Private flying in Asia Pacific grew significantly, with VistaJet’s Program membership up 26% year-on-year. Hong Kong and Singapore remain key gateways for North and Southeast Asia, while Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo continue to attract both business and leisure travelers.

“One of the key drivers behind the strong demand is that these cities cater to both business and leisure travel. They are not only major commercial hubs in Asia, but also highly popular tourist destinations,” says Ian Moore, Chief Commercial Officer at Vista.

“We are seeing a clear trend among entrepreneurs and senior executives toward ‘bleisure travel’, combining work commitments with vacation time. Particularly with high net-worth individuals, the line between business and private time is increasingly blurred, as they often travel with family members.”

XO brings flexible jet access to Asia

XO, Vista’s digital marketplace, offers instant access to over 2,000 aircraft worldwide. International bookings rose nearly 40% in 2024, driven by demand for transparent, flexible flight options.

“We are seeing increasing demand from clients in Asia who are seeking flexible and instant flight solutions. Through the XO mobile application, Asian clients may book and confirm their flights with real-time pricing,” says Crystal Wong, Presiden - Asia Pacific at Vista. “It is the simplest and most flexible way to begin flying privately.”

VistaJet’s continued growth

VistaJet, with 17 years in the region, provides members guaranteed access to its silver and red fleet - offering the benefits of ownership without the complexity. Japan led growth in 2025 with a 67% rise in memberships, followed by Singapore at 50%.

Corporates are turning to business jets like Vista’s Global 7500 to save time and maintain productivity in flight. The Global 7500, the world’s largest and longest-range business jet, offers up to 17 hours of non-stop travel and four spacious living areas, including a permanent bedroom.

“With XO now in Asia, our clients enjoy the best of both worlds through Vista's global infrastructure, from on demand flights with instant booking through the XO marketplace to a guaranteed flight solution that replicates an aircraft ownership experience with VistaJet. We deliver seamless travel that combines international reach, domestic flexibility and bespoke lifestyle experiences,” concludes Ian Moore.
