The International Aerospace Womens Association (IAWA) will welcome aerospace leaders from around the world to its 37th Annual Conference, October 28th–30th, 2025, at the JW Marriott in São Paulo, Brazil.
Under the theme “Breaking Barriers, Building Legacies: Leading Aerospace Into New Frontiers,” the event will bring together senior executives, industry trailblazers, and thought leaders across aviation, aerospace, finance, government, manufacturing, and technology.
Over the past 35 years, IAWA has cultivated a worldwide network of over 7,000 members across 280 companies in more than 40 countries. The Annual Conference continues that legacy, offering access to expert panels, keynote sessions, and networking designed to share insights and foster collaboration.
"Our global aerospace community is stronger when we come together to share ideas, tackle challenges, and celebrate progress,” said Debra Santos, IAWA President and retired Boeing Executive. “This conference reflects IAWA’s mission to connect, inspire, and elevate women leaders across every sector of our industry."
This year’s agenda features sessions on AI in crew assistance and supply chain optimization, sustainability practices shaping the value stream, and strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. Attendees will also hear leadership perspectives from executives who have paved the way for future generations.
