Three weeks to go: EBACE25 kicks off with new welcome celebration

With three weeks until the reimagined European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) opens its doors in Geneva, anticipation is building for an event unlike any other.

A new highlight for 2025 is the EBACE Welcome Celebration, a special evening designed to reconnect the Business Aviation community with drinks, light bites and meaningful conversation, set to the sounds of a local Swiss DJ. Taking place in the Central Networking Lounge, Palexpo, on Tuesday, 22nd May from 5:00-6:30pm, the gathering will set the tone for a new chapter in the show’s evolution.

“2025 marks a turning point for EBACE. We’re raising the bar on both content and experience, rather than repeating what’s been done for the past 20 years. For the first time in the event’s history, our newly introduced Welcome Celebration will allow attendees to ease into the energy of the show and celebrate what brings us together,” says Robert Baltus, chief operating officer at EBAA.

“We’re investing in quality over quantity, setting the stage for a stronger return in 2026. Planning a show of this scale takes time and we have a long-term vision for EBACE.
