The ACA resumes Qualified Broker Training

The Air Charter Association (The ACA) has restarted its in-person Air Charter Broker Qualification Training, with 34 delegates taking part in the opening Level 1 Foundation Knowledge session in London on 10 November 2021.

Glenn Hogben, chief executive, The ACA, says: “After a two-year break, resuming our broker training, and seeing so many enthusiastic aviation professionals attending the course has been truly rewarding. Congratulations to all who successfully completed the program; we are delighted to have seen an outstanding pass rate of 94%, of which 29% passed with Distinction.”

Julie Black, co-presenter and deputy chair, The ACA, says: “Seeing delegates attend from across the business aviation industry including brokers, FBOs, ground handlers and insurers, reflects the benefit this training provides to all those involved in the charter process. We look forward to welcoming back our cohort for the Level 2 interactive session in early 2022.”

The ACA’s broker training is open to aviation professionals and provides attendees with expert knowledge across three levels. The course begins with Foundation Knowledge at Level 1, progressing through Understanding Operational Aspects and Flight Management at Level 2, to Advanced Broker Skills at Level 3.

The ACA will also be launching an online version of the training over the next few months and will be announcing the Level 2 and 3 in-person training dates, taking place in February and July 2022 respectively, in the coming weeks.
Members of The ACA receive a subsidised rate for training, as one of the many benefits of membership. Each course is standalone, although successful completion of Levels 1 and 2 are a prerequisite for attending Level 3.
