The last decade has seen us charter a range of aircraft from reliable King Airs through to the unusual, including a Boeing B727 VIP type on behalf of our clients. In this month’s Top Ten for Ten we list the aircraft most preferred by our clientele.

From the fabulously functional turboprops through to the magnificent executive airliners, they have all earned their place. It was hard to choose from all the beautiful options. Equally difficult was to order them in terms of favourites, hence the list is alphabetical.

There were many more that could have been represented - see below for notable mentions - but these are the aircraft that Vertis customers consistently demanded.

The defining private airliner setting the standard on a tried and tested airframe. The BBJ in our portfolio featured an onboard Michelin starred chef which made this an attractive aircraft for leisure trips and family vacations, it even circled the globe for a very special honeymoon.

3. Challenger 350

With its wide airport access range, the Citation XLS+ from Cessna is perfect for those requiring multi-stop trips whether it be for a commercial road show or to sample the wines of Southern Europe. Speed, range, comfort, performance make this the ultimate time machine.

5. Falcon 900EX

With its ETOPS-free tri-engine versatility, lightweight fuselage and blissful cabin comfort the sky’s the limit with the fabulous Dassault Falcon 900EX and remains a firm favourite with Vertis customers.

6. Global XRS/6000

Inheriting the fabulous Bombardier Global family DNA the 6000 was born to support a work, rest and play lifestyle delivering premium performance combining speed, a smooth ride, and ultimate styling.

It remains our go-to for ultra-long-range flights requiring extended crew.

7. Gulfstream G450

A singular aircraft with attention to detail resulting in a supremely stylish, chic cabin, and an even larger personality, this is a wonderfully refined heavy jet that easily transits continents and oceans in relaxed comfort.

8. Legacy 600/650

The latest addition to our own portfolio this impressive aircraft from Embraer pushes the trilogy of technology, holistic style, and versatility to appeal to entrepreneurs, families, and modern renaissance travellers.

9. Phenom 300

Sashaying its way on to the list is Embraer’s Bossa Nova inspired, spacious, best-in-class altitude, technology-rich aircraft.

10. Pilatus PC-12

A firm favourite for those taking short trips in Europe and seeking cost-effective comfort and practical performance. We also love the fact this venerable turboprop spawned the wonderful PC-24 jet and can’t wait to support that model, especially as it's manufactured around the corner from our headquarters.

Notable mentions also go out to the Challenger 604, a global fleet workhorse, the Gulfstream G650, the pilot’s choice, and the Citation Latitude which is becoming an increasingly popular charter choice.
