RUAG Aviation has officially opened its new component repair centre in Subang, Malaysia, serving the company’s position as a
component services hub for aviation customers and OEMs in Asia.
The announcement of
the opening follows on a successful audit and European Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145
approval.
RUAG Aviation Malaysia is establishing this new centre to provide maintenance, repair and
overhaul (MRO) services for aircraft components. “To fulfil our customer expectations in the region
we closely cooperate with them and partner with selected OEMs“, said

Manager of RUAG Aviation Malaysia. “The successful audit by the Swiss Federal Office of Civil
Aviation (FOCA) combined with EASA Part 145 approval affirms and supports our objective to
become the partner of choice.”
