FlightSafety starts Falcon 8X training in Paris
Training for the Dassault Falcon 8X aircraft has begun at FlightSafety International's Paris-Le Bourget Learning Center.

“We are pleased to announce the start of training for the new Dassault Falcon 8X aircraft in Paris,” said David Davenport, Executive Vice President. “Our Customers will appreciate the addition of the Falcon 8X to the complete range of training we provide for Dassault aircraft.”

FlightSafety’s Paris-Le Bourget Training Center will offer transition, initial and recurrent training for pilots who fly the Falcon 8X, as well as a wide variety of courses for maintenance technicians and flight attendants using a new FlightSafety FS1000 simulator and other advanced training devices.

“FlightSafety’s engineers and courseware developers have worked closely with Dassault to ensure the full flight simulator and training programs are of the highest quality and meet the specific needs of Falcon 8X owners and operators around the world,” said Daniel MacLellan, Senior Vice President, Operations.

The Falcon 8X simulator has been qualified to Level D and approved for training by the European Aviation Safety Agency and the United States Federal Aviation Administration. Qualification by other regulatory agencies around the world will be obtained according to Customer needs. The simulator is equipped with the Honeywell Dassault EASy III avionics suite, “FalconEye” HUD with Combined Vision System, Enhanced Visual System, and Emergency Vision Assurance System. It features FlightSafety’s latest advancements in technology. They include the VITAL 1100 visual system, electric motion control and cueing, and advanced instructor operating station.
