Flight-Assist reveals new branding and website

Worldwide flight support provider Flight-Assist - which celebrates its 10 Year Anniversary in 2016 - has unveiled its new company branding accompanied by a brand-new website.

“These are exciting times for us” remarks Ian Dooge the founder and CEO of Flight-Assist. “The past 10 years has seen some tough times for aviation and some companies have not been as successful in weathering the storm. What is the secret of our success, well we may be smaller than some providers, but put simply we love what we do and we take absolute pride in doing it well. Being able to also achieve this at a price which offers the our clients significant savings over our rivals is of paramount importance to us.”

Mike Woodhall, Managing Director of Flight-Assist (UK) Ltd explains what sets the company apart from its rivals: “Our experienced H24 team it is made up of people who have spent years in the business of trip planning for private operators and airlines and we know what customers want and expect.

"Our aim is to keep things simple and more personal by providing our clients with H24 access to a Dedicated Client Manager - one person that knows everything you did last year, and what you’re planning to do next week. We feel that this is a vital step towards ensuring a seamless service, and unlike larger providers, avoids you having to constantly re-explain what you discussed 2 days earlier with someone who’s now not on shift."

“Client confidentiality restricts what we can divulge in terms of our achievements”, continues Ian Dooge, “Aside from the regular commercial and GA operators we regularly serve, we have been part of some true milestones in history; from round-the-world flights to new airliner testing and deliveries.”

Mike Woodhall adds “Our list of achievements is as broad as our range of expertise. Whether we are making short-notice air ambulance flights happen, or ensuring the required protocol of Government and Military movements is adhered to; to be able to offer a cost-effective service while demonstrating our knowledge and experience is something we take great pride in.”
