Silver Air outfitting fleet with inflight wi-fi

Santa Barbara aircraft management company and charter operator, Silver Air, has recently completed installing Gogo Biz mobile broadband Internet throughout all of its heavy, super mid and midsize jets.

With Silver Air’s Gogo Biz broadband Wi-Fi Internet, passengers can browse the Web, send and receive emails with attachments, and log onto their corporate VPN using their own laptops, tablet and smart phone.

Silver Air’s Wi-Fi enabled aircraft currently include Gulfstream GV, Gulfstream G450, Gulfstream GIV, Citation X, Lear 60, Beachjet 400 and Citation CJ2 models. Additional

managedaircraft that are in the process of receiving Wi-Fi capabilities include Citation V, Citation II, Citation CJ2, Citation I, and Phenom 100 models.
