Santa Barbara aircraft management company and charter operator, Silver Air, has recently completed installing Gogo Biz mobile broadband Internet throughout all of its heavy, super mid
and midsize jets.
“The private aviation industry is changing, and our clients have come to expect mobile Internet onboard the aircraft to keep them connected and productive while in the air,” said
Jason Middleton, Silver Air’s CEO. “The people at Silver Air view ourselves as an extension of our clients’ teams, and we understand the importance of our clients’ business and personal travel
needs. Our job is to provide world-class service, convenience and flight resources to support their travel demands."
With Silver Air’s Gogo Biz broadband Wi-Fi Internet, passengers can browse the Web, send and receive emails with attachments, and log onto their corporate VPN using their own
laptops, tablet and smart phone.
Silver Air’s Wi-Fi enabled aircraft currently include Gulfstream GV, Gulfstream G450, Gulfstream GIV, Citation X, Lear 60, Beachjet 400 and Citation CJ2 models. Additional
