AvFab receives Indian approval for King Air C90 series Armledge/Table system and Stretcher kit

Aviation Fabricators (AvFab), headquartered in Clinton, MO., recently announced they have received STC approval on their Armledge/Table System and Stretcher Kit for the C90 King Air series aircraft.

The armledge/table system is designed to combine style with functionality and update the aircraft to the same look and feel as the newer models of King Airs.

The new sidewall with integrated outboard armrest modernizes the look of the cabin and allows more usable room on the seat surface. The table features new built-in cup holders, which replace the old style “flip out” holders.

“We are proud to be able to offer STC approved King Air solutions to operators around the world,” said AvFab’s GR Lowe. “The armledge/table system kit will not only modernize the look of the cabin but add value as well, and this latest STC means even more operators can now take advantage of the benefits the kits have to offer.”

The armledge/table kit includes two tables, sidewall, armledge, brackets, hardware, complete installation instructions, and STC. Other products are available through Aviation Fabricators to further enhance the cabin, such as lateral tracking seat bases and integrated headrests.

The stretcher kit provides an operator with the option of transporting an ill or injured patient, and is ideal for an operator who doesn’t need critical care medical equipment, as well as being an economical alternative to complete medevac systems.

“We will continue to pursue certifications around the world in order to offer complete solutions for King Air operators no matter where they are located,” said Lowe.

The stretcher kit includes stretcher unit and cover, Ferno model 12-C portable aero (folding) litter, mattress, mattress cover, restraint system, installation instructions, and weight and balance data.
